Frequently Asked

How are the winning numbers chosen?
Chainlink VRF v2.5 picks a verifiably random 6-digit number after the round timer expires. No one (not even Moonsale) can predict or influence the result. The proof is published on-chain alongside the draw transaction.
How does a ticket win?
Your ticket’s 6 digits are compared left to right against the winning number. The longest matching prefix decides your bracket: Match-2 (lowest bracket) up to Match-6 (Jackpot). A ticket can only win in one bracket, its highest matching prefix.
Why didn’t my ticket win even though some digits match?
Matching is strictly left to right. 123456 vs winning 123999 = Match-3 (the first three digits match). But 923456 vs 123999 = no match at all, even though digits overlap, because the very first digit differs.
What happens if no one wins a bracket?
That bracket’s pool rolls over to the next round’s prize pool, so the next round starts with a bigger jackpot. The treasury cut is always paid; rollovers only affect the player brackets.
How long do I have to claim my winnings?
Claims never expire. Once a round is settled (CLAIMABLE), the bracket pools and your share are locked in on-chain, so you can claim whenever you like, including months later.
How do XP bonus tickets work?
Earn XP by investing in MoonSale presales. Burn 10 XP per bonus ticket when you buy. Catch: you can only burn up to (USDT tickets bought × 10) XP per purchase, so you must buy at least one paid ticket to redeem any bonus. Your XP balance snapshots when the round opens; new XP earned mid-round rolls into the next round.
Who can trigger the draw?
Anyone with a wallet can call drawNumber() on-chain once the round timer + draw delay has passed. Click Close and Draw on the lottery page and your wallet covers the gas, no admin involvement required.
